Fill out the submission form to submit your deal. Our team will reach out with a response within 48 hours after submission
Once we approve your deal we will send you a checklist for due diligence items. From here, transparency is key we will have an open line of communication on next steps for the purchase. After Due diligence is completed we will send you the partnership agreement via electronic signature.
We’ll collaborate together with a reputable Title company and provide all necessary documentation needed by Title to close. Northgate Land Capital will be listed as the title owner on the deed. Once we have received the thumbs up to close our team will wire the money to fund the entire deal which includes purchase price, closing costs, title fees, etc.
Once we have officially taken ownership. The land investor has 48 hours to collaborate with the agent to get the land site on the market. The sooner the better. Our team can provide guidance on finding a reputable agent. After we find a buyer, we will manage the closing process with Title. After the funds have been disbursed into our account we will wire your portion of the proceeds directly to you.
